The Executive Director of Events and Workshops at Shiraz Expo 2026 has announced specialised training workshops and direct B2B meetings to be held on 10–15 October 2026 (18–23 Mehr 1405) at the Fars International Exhibition Center. Outlining a comprehensive plan to strengthen the capabilities of the business community, she said the programme is designed to facilitate exports, improve business structures, and connect domestic producers with global markets and foreign investors.

According to the Public Relations Office of the Fars International Exhibition Center, Fatemeh Parvizi outlined the details of the exhibition’s programme and announced a comprehensive, practical course aimed at improving export knowledge and building links between domestic producers and international markets.

According to the Executive Director of Events and Workshops at Shiraz Expo 2026, this edition seeks to address every challenge along the export process through specialised workshops, from negotiations and contract signing to customs clearance. The programme, which will take place from 10 to 15 October (18–23 Mehr) at the permanent venue of Fars International Exhibition Company, will focus not only on training but also on resolving the real problems facing Iranian businesses.

Referring to the start of the events on 10 October (18 Mehr), she said the exhibition would begin ahead of its official opening with a key meeting attended by exhibitors and international investors. The official representative of investors from various countries, who has an extensive global network, will attend to hear the business community’s concerns and help create the conditions for investment in domestic companies. On the same day, Iran’s commercial counsellor in Basra will also speak online with the meeting’s participants.

Regarding the workshops’ specialist content, Parvizi emphasised that this year’s agenda includes new and key topics. She said specialised workshops on artificial intelligence and LinkedIn for business development would be held for the first time in Iran. She also highlighted the participation of distinguished instructors, including Mehdi Ghera’at on exports to Arab countries and finding overseas customers, and Dr. Parivar on business management and negotiation in times of crisis, as strengths of this edition.

Referring to the continuation of business-to-business (B2B) meetings throughout the exhibition, she said that from 11 to 15 October (19–23 Mehr), in addition to the specialised workshops, B2B meetings would take place from 10 a.m. in the international trade chamber and dedicated halls, providing all attendees with opportunities to negotiate and reach business agreements.

Detailing the schedule of other events, Parvizi added that the workshops “Genuine Customer or Intermediary” and “Enhancing Credit Assessment and Structural Reform” would be held on 11 October (19 Mehr). On 12 October (20 Mehr), in addition to the “Ofogh” pre-event, a session introducing export opportunities with Africa will take place with Dr. Barahman, Iran’s commercial counsellor on the continent.

She also referred to the events scheduled for the final days, saying that 13 October (21 Mehr) would feature customs-related topics with Dr. Mohammadi and a special Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade event. The programme on 14 October (22 Mehr) will cover “Smart Manufacturing”, “Logistics and Supply Chain Management”, and “How to Calculate Export Prices”. Finally, the programme will conclude on 15 October (23 Mehr) with two themes, “Handicrafts: From Workshop to Market” and “Identifying Export Opportunities in Iran and Internationally”, with Dr. Parivar as instructor.

The event’s Executive Director concluded by emphasising that all these plans have been developed to provide practical solutions for exhibitors and visitors. She said the presence of commercial counsellors throughout the exhibition would offer an unparalleled opportunity to expand the export networks of the business community in the province and across the country.
